12th May 2018 – Practical Classics Tour

Last May Brucie was in the Quadrangle at Windsor Castle.

This year we joined the Practical Classics Tour on the last stage of their journey around the mainland of Britain. The castle courtyard was opened up for the Practical Classics team and Practical Classics Editor, Danny Hopkins, invited Zambooka to join them in the Courtyard at Bamburgh Castle.

More of an ‘impractical’ classic than a practical one, my Maserati 228 did cause quite a lot of interest.

20th May 2018 -BVAA Rally, Kelso

The Edinburgh JEC Region had a good turnout at this event, with 11 Jaguars in all.

Rob Jenner and Letitia Mace gave Opium and NRW their first outing of the year.

Terry and Marilyn Young brought their newly reburbished XJ-S HE convertible.

The oldest in the line-up was Keith Watson’s 1960’s S-type.

A red E-type and a red XK8 made excellent book ends!
