XJ12 Insignia – the last one produced!
Hi Letitia
I would dearly love to have my Jaguar featured in your newsletter.
It was thanks to Rob, who shared his knowledge of my particular vehicle with me that inspired me to buy and restore it in the first place.
Kindest regards, Mark Frankham

The records suggest that this stunning XJ40 was the only Insignia produced in Signal Red. It was built for the Singapore market, the original distributor was Malayan Motors and the original dealer was Jaguar New Zealand.
The current owner, Michael King recently obtained a Heritage Certificate on my advice. This confirms the origins of his car, but he has no record of its history prior to its arrival in New Zealand, other than being ex-Singapore.
The car has now only recorded 65000 km’s to date and is still in perfect condition. Michael is the 3rd New Zealand owner, and he would like to know if anyone knows the original history of the car from when it was dispatched from the factory on 28th March 1994 until its arrival in New Zealand on 12th December 1995.
If you have any information, please contact Michael King or Xclusively Jaguar
