A taste of what you are missing from the January 2017 issue of the E-type Club magazine!

E-type Club

E-type Club was founded by Philip Porter in 2004. A truly dynamic organisation with members in over 50 countries. Unlike other clubs, it focuses 100% on E-types! At its heart is the 64 page monthly magazine – ‘THE E-ETYPE’. Produced by Philip Porter and former Deputy Editor of Classic Cars magazine, Malcolm McKay, it is packed with superb content, contributed by members from around the world, with a balance of articles covering all interests. A high proportion of E-type owners appreciate technical/practical features and there is no shortage. There is a carefully chosen selection of advertisers and since 2009 members have also received a digital edition of the magazine free of charge. The website boasts a library of technical articles and an E-type Forum. The Club’s emphasis is very much on using the cars – the E-type was designed to be driven, thus there is a wide range of events from local runs to international tours, lunches to weekends, track days to technical seminars. Many are free of charge or the cost is modest. Above all, we aim to give value for money. Some are organised by HQ, and some by our splendid volunteer Representatives around the UK, Europe, the USA, Australia and many other countries. For the many members restoring or maintaining their cars, there are a wide range of meaningful discounts with many of the leading specialists, plus technical advice and all the practical features and tips in the magazine.

We have no committees, no concours and no politics, but we do have a very friendly atmosphere. We also have a fantastic team behind the scenes, many of whom have worked with us for many years. All of this for less than a tank of fuel!
