Jaguar Enthusiasts’ Club – Devon Region

Last month I went to the February meeting of the
Devon Region Jaguar Enthusiasts’ Club

Terry Dye was scheduled to do a talk on Jaguar Enthusiasts’ Club Racing but had been obliged to postpone his talk due to family illness, and I was able to step in with a talk on Xclusively Jaguar.

This was my first talk to a Jaguar Enthusiasts’ Club audience – I think it went well? Nobody left the room or threw rotten eggs at me, and they tell me I am welcome to return!

During the winter the Devon Region hold their monthly meetings in the rather plush surroundings of The Gipsy Hill Hotel in Exeter on the last Wednesday of the month at 8pm. These usually take the form of a talk from a visitor on a specialist subject.

During the summer, venues and formats for meetings vary.

On Drive-It-Day Devon Region will be touring Exmoor with the promise of a cream tea in tranquil surroundings!

The Devon Region Jaguar Day will be at Bicton Park on 16th June 2013.

If you are a Jaguar owner or enthusiast, living in Devon, and you would like to come along to any of our meetings, please contact Club Chairman Dean Bowden or Social Secretary Paul Hopkins

Devon is my local Jaguar Enthusiasts’ Club region, and I will now be attending their meetings regularly.

I also intend visiting other regions, whenever possible. In March I attended the Dorset Region meeting, and planning ahead, I will be attending the Wiltshire Region in November, and again talking about Xclusively Jaguar.
