| I followed up my visit to the Devon Region with a visit to the March meeting of the
Dorset Region Jaguar Enthusiasts’ Club
Here, I was again able to step in with a talk on Xclusively Jaguar.
Only my second talk to a Jaguar Enthusiasts’ Club audience – I hope this one also went down well?
The Dorset Region hold their monthly meetings at The Royal British Legion Club in Lytchett Matravers (BH16 6HQ) on the first Wednesday of the month at 7.30pm. These usually take the form of a talk from a visitor on a specialist subject, followed by a buffet supper.
Other events are organised throughout the year, and details can be found on the main JEC website, or by contacting the local chairman, below.
On Drive-It-Day Dorset Region will be visiting the Island of Portland, stopping to visit the Portland Light house, with lunch at the “Pilot Inn” before visiting the Portland Museum.
The Dorset Region Jaguar Day will be at Lulworth Castle on 9th June 2013.
If you are a Jaguar owner or enthusiast, living in Dorset, and you would like to come along to any of the meetings, please contact Club Chairman, Charles Smith on 01202 694414.
The Dorset Region is a thriving JEC community, and I am hoping to attend their meetings as often as is practicable.
I also intend visiting other regions, whenever possible. In March I again attended the Devon Region meeting, and planning ahead, I will be attending the Wiltshire Region in November, and talking about Xclusively Jaguar.
