Sir John Egan and Sir Stirling Moss

Porter Press International is currently preparing two new publications, one on Sir John Egan and one on Sir Stirling Moss, and director Philip Porter is looking for material from fellow Guild members.
The first book, Saving Jaguar, is an account written by Sir John telling how he brought the company back from the brink of collapse and, against all the odds, turned the company around, before selling it to Ford.
But, rather than populate the book with a series of portrait photos and staged PR shots, Philip is seeking more informal shots that might have been taken at press launches or race meetings, of Sir John and his significant colleagues at that time. There is a fee for any photographs used.
The second work is a proposed definitive biography of Sir Stirling and for this Philip is looking for any anecdotes and unseen photographs that Guild members may have in their archives. Anecdotes should be between 50 and 100 words. A donation will be made to the Guild Benevolent Fund for any used.
