Here at Jaguar we very much welcome feedback from customers so that we can deliver the highest level of service, both from Jaguar and our Dealer network. In order to understand our customer requirements and improve our processes, we feel the best way to do this is through real-life situations.
We have therefore launched the Jaguar Customer Experience Programme, which is aimed specifically at Aftersales Customers and is based around a scheduled vehicle service. The Customer Experience Programme is a joint initiative between Jaguar and the Dealer network and allows us to receive undiluted feedback direct from our customers.
We would like to invite you to take part in the programme, by sharing with us your experience the next time your car is due for a service. As part of your involvement and to thank you for taking time to provide us with feedback, we will send you a £100 payment.
