ROYAL WINDSOR JAGUAR FESTIVAL – 5th& 6th May 2017

EARLY BIRD BOOKING NOW OPEN!

We are excited to announce that earlybird booking is now open for two of the big highlights of the Festival weekend.

 

Windsor Castle Long Walk Display

Saturday 6th May 2017 – 10am to 4pm

We are delighted to offer our members the opportunity to park their Jaguar on the iconic Long Walk, the stunning tree-lined avenue running for three miles through Windsor Great Park directly to the gates of Windsor Castle. Whether your pride and joy is a classic from the early days or a modern Jaguar bristling with technology, all are welcome.  There is plenty of space for everyone!

The day will start at 10am with entertainment and trade stands to keep all the family happy.  Not only will you enjoy the splendour of Windsor Castle as a backdrop, but all participants will receive a Souvenir Brochure and exclusive rally plaque allowing you and your passengers entry to the historic Jaguar timeline in the adjacent Frogmore Cricket Ground.

The cost of an early bird ticket is £35 per car & occupants.  Full price tickets are £45, so don’t miss out!

Early bird closes on 28th February 2017. All proceeds go to the Prince Philip Trust Fund.

 

 

Windsor Racecourse Evening Festival

Saturday 6th May 2017 – 6pm to 11pm

To finish the Festival weekend with a bang why not join us at the Windsor Racecourse to celebrate.  We will be hosting an evening of music, good food, vintage fairground games, entertainment and a chance to mingle with other Jaguar enthusiasts.  There is plenty of secure parking at the Racecourse and it’s an easy 10 minute drive from Windsor town centre.  If you are feeling more adventurous then why not take the River Taxi from the centre of Windsor direct to the private jetty at the Racecourse?

Early bird tickets are £30 per person which includes entry into the Festival and a food voucher valid for a free main meal at one of the three food kiosks within the Racecourse Paddock. The food kiosks offer Italian, BBQ or Indian options. Full price tickets will be £40.

If you prefer to dine in more style, then why not upgrade to our Premium Festival package.  This not only gives you entry into the Festival but access to the exclusive Riverbank marquee with guaranteed seating and a three-course dinner. The marquee is near all the evening’s action so you won’t miss a thing! The early bird premium Festival package is £60 per person.  Full price tickets will be £75.

Early bird booking closes on 28th February 2017. All proceeds go to the Prince Philip Trust Fund.

Auction for Dinner with the Constable and Governor of the Castle

As part of the Royal Windsor Jaguar Festival and its aim to raise funds for The Prince Philip Trust Fund, the Jaguar Enthusiasts’ Club is delighted to announce that Admiral Sir James Perowne, Constable and Governor of Windsor Castle, has very kindly offered to host a small dinner party in his residence in the historic Norman Tower of the Castle. This dinner will take place after the St George’s Hall Champagne Reception on Friday 5th May 2017 at 8pm.

This unique opportunity could include you! 6 places have been generously donated by Sir James for the Club to auction to everyone attending the Festival. You will be bidding not only for 2 places to attend this exclusive dinner but for a guaranteed 2 tickets for the Champagne Reception, making it a unique and fabulous occasion.

It’s easy to take part. The auction will be by way of a sealed bid for a maximum of two places at the dinner and 2 tickets to the St George’s reception. Bidding starts at £1,000.

COMING IN 2017!

The Royal Windsor Festival Welcome buffet tickets will be on sale in early 2017 after the St George’s Hall ticket ballot has been drawn.  We expect the buffet tickets to sell out quickly, so to be the first to know when they are released and register with us at www.jec.org.uk or call us in the office on 0117 969 8186.
