Welcome to the latest Xclusively Jaguar News Round Up!
This month’s cover picture features Brucie on Parade at the Royal Windsor Jaguar Festival. Those of us in the parade were astounded by the number of onlookers who were taking pictures and filming the event!
This picture was taken by Martyn Mann, Technical Director, Milllers Oils and sent in to me. Millers Oils were present at the event, and had their vintage van on display on the Long Walk, attended by a number of their staff.
Managing Director, Jamie Ryan and his wife, Ann-Marie were invited to the Champagne Reception and presented to Prince Edward, in acknowledgement for their substantial sponsorship of the Windsor event.
Martyn Mann took the picture of Brucie to commemorate the fact that the idea for the Royal Windsor Jaguar Festival came from Brucie’s first owner, Andrew Panter, who was then instrumental in organizing the event. Had it not been for a phone call from me, contacting Andrew to verify the history of my car, this event would not have come about!
